New Dawnings

dawn meadow fantasy

Lavender days grow longer;
Blossoms turn tender faces
Into the sun’s warming rays.
Melted snow reveals
Gentler ways to heal;
Unfamiliar paths
Tempt our morning gaze.
We move forward,
Not lost, not brave,
But hoping for a real change.
Cold hearts thaw,
Thoughts pivot to forgiveness—
New dawnings
Of love’s wide embrace.
