My Favorite Bouquet

Autumn fall flowers bouquet

Flowers will fade,
Wither and die,
No matter how gorgeous
They look tonight.
Cookies get eaten,
Holes form in socks;
My favorite bouquet
Is a pile of rocks.

  5. Fun poem and image. It actually took me a minute before connecting the image and “rocks.” I guess I am slowing down.

    Paula, I’m sure you know that this is why Jewish tradition is to leave rocks on people’s graves, rather than flowers ❤
