Lucky Dip

ocean wave sand birds

Wait so
A perfect wave
Comes rolling in, bringing breakfast goodies.
Out for an early dip, I feel lucky;
Nature’s rhythms
Wash away
With me.
Golden hours
Wing through the day,
Each one carrying sweet notes of birdsong.
