Fantasy Romance [repost]

Romance roses piano

I found the golden music box
That played our sweet love song.
Lost in a luscious idyll
Of memory and fantasy,
I danced as the notes played on.
Backward swirled the clocks,
To a romance that went wrong,
But echoes of embraces
And arpeggios of promises
Kept tempo until dawn.
