Love is in da blog

Happy February! I’m participating in Bee’s fun music challenge again and hope you’ll join in (you don’t have to play every day).

Today’s theme is a love song containing a location. Apparently that was my brilliant idea… and then I had trouble thinking of one. ๐Ÿ™„ But happily I remembered “Little Green Apples” with Indianapolis in it! I did not realize there were so many great covers… well, I like O.C. Smith’s. His voice sounds super sincere and loving. โค๏ธ

  3. O. C. Smith was a great singer. My favorite of his is “Daddy’s Little Man,” but this is really nice.

  5. I often wonder how I can be so amazingly familiar with the refrain of a song yet not recognize any of the rest of it. You have a particular talent for highlighting this strange flaw in my musical recollections.
