Thursday Inspiration 5

Welcome to Thursday Inspiration! This is my weekly prompt post and hopefully it will inspire you to write something creative, perhaps a poem or a piece of flash fiction. If you’d like to share your writing with the community, please indulge me and tag your post with #p0eticlicense and/or #lightm0tifs, and of course link back if you wish. I will try to visit everyone who participates. 🙂

This week’s theme is follow and the picture is below. Here is the song snippet from “Follow You Follow Me” by Genesis :

I will follow you will you follow me
All the days and nights that we know will be
I will stay with you will you stay with me
Just one single tear in each passing year

  3. Hi Paula,
we’ve just come back from the local park and there is a new brood of 4 goslings. The adults were obviously wary of us as their babies are only about a week old, so not as big as the 6 we’ve already seen. We got hissed at a fair bit today, but the other geese, ducks and ducklings were following us as we had a bag of seed which they recognised.

  4. Last year when I was in Wisconsin, I saw a mom duck herding a bunch of baby ducks in the water. There must have been at least 30, perhaps more. I could not believe a duck would hatch that many eggs. It turns out, that ducks do child care share! Pretty cool.
